1. Basic knowledge of Computer.
2. Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.
3. Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages, viz. Nepali, Sikkimese, Bhutia, Lepcha or Limbo.
4. Should have valid local Employment Card.
