• Programme Manager (Accounts) Post: M.Com at least 50% Marx Intermediate CA / Intermediate 2 year ICW experience and professional course FA package from an accredited university.

• Programme Coordinator (Training & IEC) Post: MSW with at least 2 years of experience in training and capability building of an organization.

• Assistant Engineer Post: B.E. (Civil).

• Technical Officer “Horticulture and Forest”  Post: 55% marks in agricultural science  Graduation and 6 months computer certificate from an accredited institution.

• Assistant Programme Manager (MIS) Post: 55% marks in BCA marks or Computer Science Graduate 55% marks or Graduate in any stream with "A" level of DHEC.

• Technical Assistant Post: Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Programme Assistant Post: 60% in science stream with physics and math 10th pass and a recognized institution 6 months computer certificate course.
